Our Mission

Initially established in 1991 as a Human Resource software and consulting firm, the Concept Group PNG quickly began to broaden its scope of services to be a total solutions organisation for people management. As the ambit of Human Capital Management increased, the Concept Group sharpened its focus on, and expertise in, the provision of Human Resource Consulting (including Organisation Design, Remuneration Structure Planning & Performance Management); HR Management & Information Systems (with a focus on Payroll); and Human Resource, Safety, and Leadership Training.

It broadened my theoretical knowledge. I can confidently apply this JA & JE skills especially with updating Job Descriptions. I recommend this training to aspiring and HR professionals.
